Collin Glassey, PT, DPT is a Penn State University graduate, with a Bachelors Degree in Kinesiology. Upon completion of his undergraduate work, he continued his education at Alvernia University, where he earned a Doctorate of Physical Therapy. He has experience treating a wide variety of orthopedic conditions ranging from athletes recovering from a surgery, to weekend warriors, to post joint replacement surgery patients.

As a physical therapist, he enjoys making connections with good people, as well as seeing his patients’ progress and helping them get back to doing what they like to do in their day to day lives. One of his favorite aspects of the job is problem solving and finding the key to helping each patient achieve optimal results.

When he’s not working, Collin enjoys Crossfit, playing pick up sports, fly fishing, and trying new activities.

Cynthia Boccia, OTR/L

For over ten years, Cynthia has served the Orange County area by providing Occupational Therapy to a diversified population. She began as an Occupational Therapist working in a rehabilitation center in a local hospital treating patients with orthopedic and neurological disorders. She later became interested in hand, wrist, and elbow injuries and specialized in this area for several years. Cynthia is excited to continue her rewarding career at Montgomery Physical Therapy & Wellness where she is able to combine all her skills to provide patients with the best quality care.

Jennifer Sarnicki, PT, DPT

Jennifer Sarnicki, PT, DPT graduated from the College of New Jersey with a Biology major and dual minors in Chemistry and Spanish. She then attended Arcadia University for graduate school, where she earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Jennifer has spent the majority of her career working in outpatient orthopedics, but also has experience in the inpatient and assisted living settings.

Jennifer is passionate about what she does, and loves helping patients achieve their highest level of function. When she’s not working, she can be found spending time with her family and many pets!

Kaitlyn Sardo, MS, OTR/L

Occupational Therapist

Kaitlyn Sardo, MS, OTR/L, joined the Access family in 2013. Beginning as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, and now an Occupational Therapist, Kaitlyn has remained with ACCESS while advancing her education within the field of Occupational Therapy. To date, Kaitlyn has obtained her Associates Degree in Occupational Therapy from SUNY Orange, Bachelors’ Degrees in Liberal Arts and Science, and Master’s Degree in Science and Occupational Therapy from Dominican University (formerly Dominican College).

Kaitlyn has experience treating a wide variety of orthopedic conditions of the upper extremity, pediatric conditions, and neurological conditions. She has worked with all ages across the lifespan, with primary focus on adult and pediatric populations in the outpatient setting.

Kaitlyn loves learning and is always looking to expand her skillset and knowledge in the OT field. She often is found researching the newest and best techniques, in her best effort to enhance her interventions and optimize her patients return of function to their highest potential. Her favorite part about being an OT is the time spent and relationships formed with her patients. Most fulfilling is the the excitement seen when a patient reaches a goal they once thought unattainable, and knowing she had a hand in helping them get to that point.

When not working, Kaitlyn enjoys spending time with friends and family, traveling, and exploring the Hudson Valley!
