Shikha graduated from the University of Indianapolis with a Master’s Degree in Health Science. She has experience working in a variety of settings, including outpatient and in a skilled nursing facility.
She is skilled at treating adolescent, adult and geriatric population with primary focus on maximizing quality of life, decreasing pain and restoring function. Shikha focuses on designing better programs that connect therapy to functional & meaningful goals and evidence-based treatment.
She has worked extensively on helping patients overcome muscle and joint dysfunction resulting from wear and tear, accidents, disability and ageing. Her success stems from the passion she inherently possesses to assist her patients in achieving optimum overall physical fitness aided by a holistic, patient-centered approach.
In her spare time, Shikha enjoys hiking, reading, kickboxing and cooking.
