James Gualtieri, PT, DPT

James went to Marist College where he received his bachelors in biology in 2006 and then continued on to obtain his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Stony Brook University in 2009. James is Rock Doc Fascial Movement Taping level 1 certified and enjoys the multitude of manual approaches to treat his patients. James has worked in various settings including acute care, sub-acute rehabilitation, home care, but the majority of his career has been spent in outpatient orthopedics working closely with orthopedic surgeons. James specializes in treatment of athletes with an emphasis on evidence based practice to accelerate rehab and return these patients to their sport. James has the most experience working with golfers and baseball players with a focus on sport specific exercises. James is an avid New York Giant and Yankee fan and enjoys the opportunity to get outdoors to golf and play softball.

Nikki Lundy, MSPT, DPT

Nikki is a graduate of Springfield College and Sage Graduate School, where she earned her Master’s in Physical Therapy and her Doctor of Physical Therapy.

Nikki owned & operated Physical Therapy of Valatie since October 1999, which joined forces with ACCESS PT in 2021. She also has been an adjunct professor at Sage in the musculoskeletal track since 2007.

Nikki treats a wide range of conditions including orthopedic injuries, post-surgical patients, balance impairments and chronic pain. She enjoys working individually with each of her patients to help them achieve their goals.

Nikki lives in Chatham with her husband, son & 2 dogs. She enjoys golf, reading, and spending time with her family and friends.

Demerise Marshall, PT, DPT

Demerise Marshall, PT, DPT completed her undergraduate coursework at Siena College, then earned a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Russel Sage College. She has expertise in treating general outpatient orthopedic patients with a variety of diagnoses. As a physical therapist, she enjoys integrating the skills she’s learned to help people feel better and achieve their goals through patient-centered care. In her free time, she loves being outdoors, hiking, going to concerts, and spending time with family and friends.

Gretchen Milanese, MSPT, DPT

Gretchen Milanese earned a tDPT from Evidence in Motion, and a Master’s of Physical Therapy from Springfield College. She has clinical expertise in general orthopedics, as well as concussion and vestibular rehabilitation. One of her favorite aspects of being a physical therapist is giving people the tools they need to reach their goals. She loves helping patients see the light at the end of a difficult situation, and being able to put a smile on their faces.

In her spare time, Gretchen enjoys spending time with her family, reading, knitting, and doing anything outdoors – hiking, camping, kayaking, etc.
