Julie A. Benzenberg, PT, DPT, CMP, at Access Physical Therapy & Wellness’ Goshen clinic has recently become a Certified Mulligan Practitioner.

Certified Mulligan Practitioners are competent in both a didactic knowledge base and clinical/practical expertise in the Mulligan Concept. The Mulligan Concept encompasses manual techniques and other skills for clinicians to implement to address musculoskeletal limitations regarding movement restrictions and pain with movement associated with sports injuries, work accidents, and neck/back pain.

“As a physical therapist, I have a passion for helping others reach their goals,” said Dr. Benzenberg. “When I researched the effectiveness of the Mulligan Concept in the treatment of individuals with musculoskeletal limitations, I desired to pursue the Certification. I look forward to helping people meet their goals and improve their quality of life.”

As a Certified Mulligan Practitioner, Dr. Benzenberg can utilize this treatment as part of an individualized plan for orthopedic conditions, musculoskeletal pain, and difficulties with movement and function.
