Kim graduated from Misericordia University in 1997 with her Masters of Science in Occupational Therapy. Over the past 23+ years, Kim has been an Occupational Therapist working in adult and adolescent outpatient rehabilitation, treating neurological and orthopedic injuries affecting the arm and hand, as well as visual and cognitive systems. Some diagnoses that Kim commonly works with are concussion, TBI, stroke, Parkinson’s Disease, Multiple Sclerosis, spinal cord injury, tennis/golfer’s elbow, Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, and wrist/hand fractures.

As an Occupational Therapist Kim is trained to evaluate her clients’ physical, visual, cognitive and psychological needs and abilities. In planning her treatment, Kim uses evidence-based approaches in order to choose the best path of recovery and achieve her patient’s goals.

Kim is currently pursuing her doctorate in Occupational Therapy at Salus University with a specialty in visual rehabilitation and has served as an adjunct professor teaching classes in adult issues. Kim’s personal interests include skiing, hiking, yoga and kayaking.
