Rachel Kiracofe, PT, DPT, COMT

Rachel attended UNC Chapel Hill for undergrad and earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Methodist University in Fayetteville, NC where she met her husband while he was stationed at Fort Bragg. While at UNC, she was a strength and conditioning coordinator for the women’s basketball and men’s lacrosse team. Recently, Rachel earned a Certificate in Advanced Orthopedic Physical Therapy from the University of Hartford and became a Certified Orthopedic Manual Therapist (COMT).

Rachel is passionate about working with athletes and other orthopedic populations and aspires to obtain her Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) certification.  She is also Myofascial Trigger Point Dry Needling certified. One of Rachel’s favorite aspects of her job is having the opportunity to educate patients on health and wellness, helping them change behaviors that improve longevity and quality of life. During her free time, she enjoys the gym, hiking or walking with her dog, and listening to live music.
