Michele Orestuk, MS, CCC-SLP, MBA has over 20 years combined professional experience in business and healthcare. She earned a Bachelors Degree in Marketing and an MBA from St. John’s University, as well as a MS in Communication Disorders from SUNY New Paltz. Michele has also completed certifications in LSVT LOUD therapy for patients with Parkinson’s Disease as well as VitalStim to provide NMES to patients with dysphagia. She has experience treating the full range of populations, from pediatrics through geriatrics. Michele loves being a Speech Therapist because she has the opportunity to connect with patients and give them hope.

In her spare time, Michele enjoys hiking, gardening, the arts, and spending quality time with friends and family.

Nadia Daee Riemitis, PT, DPT

Nadia Daee Riemitis, PT, DPT earned both a Bachelor of Rehabilitation Science and a Doctor of Physical Therapy from Northeastern University. She specializes in vestibular and concussion therapy and orthopedic conditions, and has practiced in outpatient, subacute, and homecare settings focusing on orthopedic rehab and wound care. As a physical therapist, she most enjoys helping people overcome physical deficits to achieve their goals and improve their life.

Christine Meore, PT, DPT

Christine Meore PT, DPT earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Human Biology from SUNY Oneonta, and a Master’s of Physical Therapy from SUNY Upstate Medical University. She has experience in treating a range of general orthopedic and neurological conditions, and holds a certification in LSVT BIG, a specialized treatment protocol for patients with Parkinson’s Disease. One of her favorite parts of being a physical therapist is hearing her patients talk about their improvement, particularly the things they can do now that they couldn’t at the start of therapy.

Kristina earned her Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from Stony Brook University as well as her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Marist College. She practices in inpatient as well as outpatient care. Kristina was born and raised in Westchester, NY and enjoys crafting, reading, and spending time with family & friends during her free time.

Tzipora Rosen, OTR/L

Occupational Therapist

Tzipora Rosen, OTR/L is a graduate of Touro College, where she earned both her Bachelor of Health Sciences and Masters of Occupational Therapy. She has extensive experience in treating patients with orthopedic hand conditions including chronic pain conditions, fractures, and post-surgical treatment of the hand, wrist, and elbow as well as:

• Post-concussion vision therapy
• Autonomic Dysfunction such as Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS)
• Neurological conditions such as hemiparesis.

As an occupational therapist, she loves treating patients who experienced an injury or onset of illness, and helping rehabilitate them to get back to doing their regular meaningful and purposeful activities. She gets deep satisfaction when patients come in to a session and tell her that they were able to complete a daily task for the first time since their injury/illness.

When she’s not working, she enjoys doing anything out in nature, especially hiking, boating, and camping.

Holly Castle, MS, CCC-SLP

Holly Castle MS, CCC-SLP completed her undergraduate coursework at the University of New Hampshire, where she received a Bachelor of Arts degree. The then went to earn a Master of Science in Communication Disorders from Mercy College. She has extensive experience treating patients with dysphagia and voice pathology.

As a speech therapist, Holly strives to improve people’s lives with specialized techniques to treat swallowing and voice impairments. She particularly enjoys seeing an extreme recovery from diagnosis to health – that is her hope for every patient.

In her free time, Holly likes to ski, sing, hike, and spend time with family and friends.
