Leadership Development Program
For over 10 years, ACCESS PT’s Leadership Development Program has provided staff the unique opportunity to learn from the co-founders of one of the fastest growing physical therapy companies of the past 20 years.
Course goals include helping staff better understand themselves while learning new leadership skills, as well as identifying potential future leaders within ACCESS PT. Participants work closely with their peers while focusing on becoming more effective leaders, enhancing skills, and learning how to incorporate the ACCESS PT values into their role as they continue to help others move better, feel better, and live better!
Continuing Education
Access PT values growth and learning and encourages our team to advance their skills whenever possible. Access sponsors 3 courses onsite each year that full-time therapists are eligible to attend for free. These are identified in the fall of each year, for the upcoming year. Courses are selected by leadership, based on input from staff. The company provides the opportunity for our clinical team to earn additional continuing education credits by contributing up to $1,000 annual towards courses of their choice.
Access Pearls of Wisdom
This annual program beginning each fall is available to all new team members. The CEO, experienced therapists and our leadership team present a series of 10 workshops on a variety of topics selected to enhance both clinical and professional skills.
