Leadership Development Program
The Access Leadership Development Program has been designed and continually updated by our Executive team, to offer a complimentary series of 4 hour sessions, designed to give both clinical and clerical staff an opportunity to grow within Access into leadership roles throughout the company. This comprehensive 10 month course teaches our team members about how to run a successful business and how to evaluate it, in order to understand all aspects of operations in our industry.
Access PT values growth and learning and encourages our team to advance their skills whenever possible.
Access sponsors 3 courses onsite each year that full-time therapists are eligible to attend for free. These are identified in the fall of each year, for the upcoming year. Courses are selected by leadership, based on input from staff. The company provides the opportunity for our clinical team to earn additional continuing education credits by contributing up to $1,000 Annual towards courses of their choice
Access Pearls of Wisdom
This annual program beginning each fall is available to all new team members. The CEO, experienced therapists and our leadership team present a series of 10 workshops on a variety of topics selected to enhance both clinical and professional skills. Although the content was developed based on the needs of recent graduates, there are pearls that more experienced therapists may learn from as well.
Benefits We Offer
We offer a self-funded health insurance plan for full time employees working a minimum of thirty (30) hours per week. Employees are eligible to participate in the health insurance plan on the first of the month following a thirty (30) day waiting period. Employees will be responsible for a portion of the premiums based on the plan they choose, through pre-taxed payroll contributions.
Supplemental Vision/Dental Insurance
We offer supplemental Vision and Dental Insurance through Guardian for full time employees.
Supplemental Long- & Short-Term Disability, Accident & Critical Illness Insurance
We offer supplemental short term, long term, accident and critical illness insurance through UNUM for full time employees.
Paid Time Off
- Accrued, 3 weeks per year, an additional week on your 5th year.
- 6 Holidays (New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day)
- Employees working 30-39 hours per week will receive pro-rated benefit time.
We are in the process of upgrading our retirement plan to a 401(k).
One-time bonus at the completion of your 5th year of service equal to 3% of your last year’s salary.

Employee discounts available through Verizon, Working Advantage, and Employee Wellness Programs.
We reimburse full time employees for 50% of their APTA membership dues.
