Andrew McCauley McCauley
DirectorAndrew is a compassionate and knowledgeable Physical Therapist who graduated with his Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2015 from D’youville College after obtaining a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from SUNY Cortland in 2011. He has experience working with a diverse population of patients as he spent 3 years as a travel PT working across the United States until finding a love for the state of North Carolina and Sports and More PT.
Andrew treats the full spectrum of patients with orthopedic conditions, from athletes and weekend warriors to post-surgical, geriatrics, and patients with Parkinson’s Disease. He enjoys working with patients of all ages and diagnoses and has a passion for helping people obtain goals that are meaningful to the patient and to improving their daily lives. His goal is to improve the lives of his patients through manual techniques, therapeutic exercise, and patient education. Andrew believes that patient education is vital to helping patients self-manage and better understand the purpose of their exercises.
In his free time, Andrew enjoys spending time with his two children, running, wood working, and cooking.

Physical TherapistRobbey Lindstedt PT, DPT, LMBT is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he earned both a Bachelor’s of Science in Exercise and Sports Science and a Doctor of Physical Therapy. He has clinical experience treating patients of all ages with a wide variety of orthopedic issues.
Robbey enjoys providing a holistic approach and individualizing care for each patient to help them achieve their goals towards improving their lives. One of his favorite moments with patients is seeing their look of surprise when they realize what they can accomplish because of physical therapy, whether it is increased strength that allows them to pick up their grandchildren or helping patients return to recreational activities they never thought they’d do again.
When he’s not working, Robbey can be found running, hiking, trying new foods, and spending time with his friends and family.

Daniel Thomas PT, DPT, MS, CSCS
Physical TherapistDan Thomas PT, DPT, MS, CSCS in a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where he earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy. Prior to his education at UNC, Dan worked in a variety of fields included corporate wellness and cardiac rehab. Dan graduated from Lebanon Valley College with a Bachelor Degree in Art and Art History from West Virginia University with a Masters in Clinical Exercise Physiology. He has worked with a full spectrum of orthopedic issues and aided patients of all ages and walks of life in recovery.
Dan is truly a believer in the slogan “Exercise as Medicine.” If given the right tools, guidance, time and support, people almost always surprise themselves in what they can achieve. In his free time, he can be found living what he preaches as an avid runner and triathlete with his time being spent running, swimming, biking, weightlifting and/or lifting, carrying, crawling, or playing with his 2 children. So, if you are recovering from an orthopedic injury, looking to get back to sport, wishing to play with your grandchildren or on a journey to better health, Dan looks forward to working with you.
