Jeffrey graduated from Notre Dame College with a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy and as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). Throughout his career, he has been committed to helping patients regain strength, restore movement, and return to the activities they enjoy most. He values building strong relationships with his patients and creating individualized treatment plans focused on long-term recovery and performance.
While Jeffrey enjoys treating a wide variety of orthopedic conditions, he has a special passion for working with shoulder injuries and throwing athletes. Whether helping athletes safely return to sport or guiding patients through everyday pain and mobility challenges, he strives to provide hands-on, evidence-based care tailored to each patient’s goals. His background in strength and conditioning allows him to combine rehabilitation with performance-focused training to help patients move better, feel stronger, and return to the activities they love with confidence.
Outside of the clinic, Jeffrey enjoys spending time with family and friends, working out, golfing, and watching sports. Staying active helps him better connect with his patients and reinforces his belief in the importance of maintaining a healthy, active lifestyle at every stage of life.
