Dr. Nidhi Shah is an Area Director at ACCESS PT, bringing together extensive clinical expertise with progressive leadership in healthcare operations. With over nine years of experience in outpatient rehabilitation and healthcare management, she is passionate about building high-performing teams, driving operational excellence, and improving access to exceptional patient care across multi-site rehabilitation practices. Prior to her current role, Dr. Shah served as Vice President of Operations at TherapyCare Physical Therapy, where she spent two years leading strategic operational initiatives, developing company-wide key performance indicators (KPIs), optimizing workflows, strengthening operational infrastructure, supporting revenue cycle and payer relations, and partnering with executive leadership to improve organizational performance and deliver sustainable growth.

Before transitioning into executive leadership, Dr. Shah practiced as a Physical Therapist for over five years, earning the trust of patients and colleagues through compassionate, evidence-based care and consistently outstanding clinical outcomes. She built a reputation for exceptional patient satisfaction, reflected in numerous five-star reviews on Google and Zocdoc, while helping patients restore function and improve their quality of life. This strong clinical foundation, combined with her passion for leadership and process improvement, naturally led her into healthcare operations. Today, she collaborates with Clinical Directors and executive leadership to oversee multi-site operations, mentor leaders, implement standardized processes, drive performance improvement, support organizational growth, and foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and clinical excellence.

Dr. Shah earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from Loma Linda University after completing her Bachelor of Physiotherapy in India. She also completed a Certificate Course in Yoga and Naturopathy Therapy and received professional training in Bharatanatyam Classical Dance, reflecting her lifelong commitment to movement science and holistic healthcare. A licensed Physical Therapist in New York and BLS-certified, Dr. Shah was recognized on the Dean’s List and awarded scholarships for academic excellence. Sayali S. Sane PT, MS,CES,PES

Sayali Sane is a licensed Physical Therapist in New York, as well as a certified Physical Therapist Assistant, Corrective Exercise Specialist, and Performance Enhancement Specialist. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from Maharashtra University of Health Sciences in India and a Master’s degree in Exercise Science from Long Island University, Brooklyn.

In the fall of 2019, Sayali completed a strength and conditioning internship at Harvard University, where she designed and implemented training programs for 42 varsity sports teams. She also served as the Physical Therapist for India’s national table tennis team during the 2017 Commonwealth Games.

Sayali brings a well-rounded skill set in both rehabilitation and performance training. She has completed advanced coursework in treatment modalities including Kinesio Taping, Rigid Taping, Vestibular Rehabilitation, and the Mulligan Concept. Her clinical experience spans a wide range of cases, including orthopedic and post-operative rehabilitation, sports injuries, and neurological conditions.
