Regional DirectorJames is the Regional Director for ACCESS PT, providing leadership in team development, clinical education, and strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and clinical outcomes. He focuses on educating the team in patient-centered care while leveraging data-driven strategies to optimize performance across all levels of care. Outside of work, James enjoys golfing, woodworking, gardening, and spending time with his family, including playing baseball, lacrosse, and golfing with his kids.

DirectorHillary Bastone, PT attended Daemen College, where she earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Physical Therapy. She has over 15 years of experience in treating all phases of orthopedics, as well as over 10 years of experience with neurological and medical rehabilitation. Hillary has completed trainings on the McKenzie Method of treatment for the spine, as well as Paris Mobilization Technique. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband and children.

Physical TherapistSteve Vivino graduated in 2009 with his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from UMDNJ/Rutgers University. Throughout his career, Steve has had opportunities to work with an array of patients, gaining experience in orthopedics, neurological disorders, sports injuries, post amputation rehab, as well as patients with vertigo and balance dysfunction. Steve has worked in both inpatient and outpatient settings throughout his career, from major medical hospitals and rehab facilities, to smaller outpatient and private clinics. He went on to receive his Masters in Healthcare Administration in 2014 which allowed him the opportunity to oversee and direct multiple Physical Therapy clinics in Northern New Jersey.
Steve comes to ACCESS PT with a passion for working with patients and helping them reach the best functional outcomes while achieving their individual goals. He brings his love of manual therapies, combined with exercise science to develop the best possible treatment program for each patient he has the opportunity to work with.

Catarina believes that every interaction matters and strives to ensure that patients feel valued, supported, and confident in the care they receive.
Outside of work, Catarina enjoys spending time outdoors with her two dogs, staying active, and making the most of every opportunity to enjoy time with family and friends.
