Thomas Plowinske PT, DPT, OCS
Area Director
Thomas Plowinske PT, DPT, OCS
Area DirectorThomas Plowinske PT, DPT, OCS completed his undergraduate studies at Marist College. He then earned a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from The Sage Colleges. He has extensive experience treating a variety of conditions including: general orthopedic injuries and impairments; low back pain and neck pain; post-concussion; and post operative joint replacements, ACL repairs, and shoulder surgeries.
One of Thomas’s favorite aspects of being a physical therapist is having the opportunity to spend time with patients and help them as a person, rather than a diagnosis or injury. He enjoys the process of getting to know his patients – finding out who they are, what they like to do, and what’s important to them – and then catering their treatment plan toward getting them back to doing those things.
As a lifelong learner, Thomas enjoys expanding his knowledge base, whether it’s through continuing education coursework or experiences with patients that have complex diagnoses or situations. He also finds sharing his knowledge as a mentor to new clinicians very rewarding, and enjoys helping his mentees develop their clinical skills and interests.
Thomas is an avid sports fan, and when he’s not working he can often be found playing soccer, hiking, or just spending time outdoors.

Camille Marshall Marron PT, DPT, OCS
Physical Therapist
Camille Marshall Marron PT, DPT, OCS
Physical TherapistCamille Marshall Marron is a board-certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) and Doctor of Physical Therapy who brings both expertise and empathy to her practice. She completed her undergraduate studies at Clarkson University before earning her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Hanover College. In 2024, she completed an Orthopedic Physical Therapy Residency through Evidence in Motion, where she further honed her skills in clinical reasoning, movement assessment, manual therapy, and evidence-based treatment planning.
Camille specializes in outpatient orthopedic care, combining clinical precision with a whole-body, patient-centered approach. She has a particular passion for helping patients navigate complex low back pain, hip and knee dysfunction, shoulder injuries, and post-operative recovery. Her treatment philosophy emphasizes thoughtful progressions and collaborative care, guiding patients from symptom management to long-term performance and resilience.
She genuinely loves being a physical therapist and values the opportunity to truly get to know each patient as a person—not just a diagnosis. The most meaningful part of her work is building strong therapeutic relationships and helping people return to the activities and life they love. Every day brings the opportunity to problem-solve, connect, and make a lasting impact on someone’s health.
Outside the clinic, Camille enjoys strength training, running, hiking with her husband and two pups, playing ice hockey, and cheering on the Buffalo Bills. She finds joy in the small, ordinary moments that make life meaningful—both personally and professionally.
