Physical TherapistJulie graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Health Science from Castleton University and a Doctor of Physical Therapy Degree from Sage Graduate School. She is a certified Mulligan Practitioner (CMP), LSVT BIG® Certified Clinician, and an APTA Certified Clinical Instructor.
Julie has been a member of the American Physical Therapy Association since 2011. She is a dedicated life-long learner who believes in implementing evidence-based practice with individualized care plans so that each patient is able to reach their goals. Julie has a passion for athletics, having played Division III Softball for Castleton University. She also enjoys biking, hiking, and trying new recipes.

He enjoys working with all patients but specializes in treating vestibular patients. He is married and has 3 children. He enjoys coaching their Little League teams every spring.

She has been treating outpatients, inpatients, and skilled nursing facility residents with orthopedic and neurological disorders. Sharon puts her best effort to facilitate patient’s functional return and independence in daily activities to reach their highest functional potential. Sharon loves to see her patient heal and make progress leading to independence in daily activities, knowing that she was a part of the rehabilitation process. In her free time, Sharo enjoys spending time with family, cooking, movies, plays, and wineries.

Occupational TherapistAlex Sweeney is an occupational therapist from Warwick, NY. She completed her undergraduate degree in Human Development and Family Studies at South Dakota State University. Following her undergrad, she moved to Colorado and worked as a certified nurse’s aide. In 2022, she earned her Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from Creighton University. After graduation, she followed her heart back home to Warwick, NY to be with family. She has worked with a wide range of conditions and populations including orthopedics, geriatrics, and neurology. As an occupational therapist, she enjoys building professional therapeutic relationships and making a positive and meaningful impact on their lives. In her free time, she fully embraces the adventure-filled lifestyle of the outdoors: hiking, paddleboarding, camping, and snowboarding.
