Regional DirectorHillary Bastone, PT attended Daemen College, where she earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Physical Therapy. She has over 15 years of experience in treating all phases of orthopedics, as well as over 10 years of experience with neurological and medical rehabilitation. Hillary has completed trainings on the McKenzie Method of treatment for the spine, as well as Paris Mobilization Technique. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband and children.

DirectorFor over ten years, Cynthia has served the Orange County area by providing Occupational Therapy to a diversified population. She began as an Occupational Therapist working in a rehabilitation center in a local hospital treating patients with orthopedic and neurological disorders. She later became interested in hand, wrist, and elbow injuries and specialized in this area for several years. Cynthia is excited to continue her rewarding career at Montgomery Physical Therapy & Wellness where she is able to combine all her skills to provide patients with the best quality care.

Physical TherapistRaymond Younghans, PT, MSPT earned his Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from Mercy College. He has experience in acute care, as well as in outpatient sports rehabilitation, particularly ACL reconstruction and arthroscopic hip repair. He enjoys being a therapist because he has the opportunity to see people get better and achieve their goals. Raymond’s favorite moment with patients is seeing them smile, and knowing that they sincerely appreciate what physical therapy is doing for them.
When he’s not working, Raymond can be found playing ice hockey, coaching his sons’ teams, and traveling with his family.

Occupational TherapistNicholas Durso, OTR/L earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Science & Wellness Management from SUNY Oswego, then a Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from Mercy College. His favorite part of being an occupational therapist is being able to see a patient’s progress and having the opportunity to make a difference in their life.
Nick is a sports fan (NY Giants and Knicks), and loves to play golf, softball, and snowboard. He is also a huge Seinfeld fan, and is happy to take on any challengers in Seinfeld trivia.
