Olumuyiwa Olapinsin PT, DPT, CSCS, COMT
Regional DirectorOlu is a physical therapist and Regional Director at Access Physical Therapy & Wellness. He attended the University of Hartford for his undergraduate degree in health sciences and doctorate degree in physical therapy.
Olu achieved certification as a strength and conditioning specialist and is certified in instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization and trigger point dry needling to improve patient outcome. He has achieved great success in treatment of surgical and non-surgical orthopedic and spinal conditions, sports medicine injuries, work-related injuries, concussion and vestibular rehabilitation for over 5 years.
Olu also works as an adjunct professor at the University of Hartford in the Physical Therapy department to help educate future physical therapists! Personal interests include going to the gym, spending time with his wife, family, friends, and his dog. He loves traveling, trying new things such as: restaurants, wineries, and outdoor activities.

Noah Stein PT, DPT
DirectorDr. Noah Stein received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology at Binghamton University in 2012. He went on to study physical therapy at Stony Brook University and earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2015, graduating with honors. Noah had the opportunity to gain extensive experience in orthopedics and manual therapy after participating in comprehensive internships. Noah gained experience working with a variety of populations including internships focusing on geriatrics and pediatrics.
Noah is passionate about working with patients in the orthopedic setting, incorporating manual techniques with an active exercise regimen. He believes strongly in continuing his education through post professional classes so he can continually grow as a professional throughout his career, and plans to take such courses in the future. He loves that his job provides the opportunity to work with people, helping them to feel better and become more functional with their daily activities. He particularly enjoys watching them improve and realize how much progress they’ve made during treatment.
Noah enjoys camping, kayaking, hiking and spending time with family in his free time.
