Andrea Lobo PT, DPT
DirectorAndrea Lobo received her bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy in 2019 from Manipal Academy of Higher Education, India, and her Doctor of Physical Therapy in 2021 from Loma Linda University, California.
In her role as a physical therapist, Andrea derives satisfaction from therapy’s ability to enhance people’s daily lives. She takes pride in assisting patients in their recovery from injuries, discomfort, and pain. Recognizing the significance of trust, Andrea understands that patients often come to therapy feeling pain.
She enjoys the process of building connections with patients and providing treatment with genuine care and empathy. Her goal is to aid individuals in resuming the activities that are important to them, nurturing their well-being.
Her clinical experience is in treating a wide range of conditions including:
- Orthopedic conditions
- Sports injuries
- Geriatrics
- Post-concussion syndrome
- Neurological conditions, including but not limited to Stroke, Multiple Sclerosis, and Parkinson’s
- Balance and Gait impairments
Currently, Andrea is pursuing her MBA in Healthcare Administration. When not working, you can always find her exploring new places to discover or trying out new cuisines.

Physical Therapist AssistantZeel Mehta, PT earned a Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy from Gujarat University followed by a Master’s of Science in Applied Physiology and Kinesiology from the University of Florida. Her clinical expertise encompasses a wide range of patient populations, including the geriatric, those with neurological conditions, and those with general orthopedic concerns. Zeel takes great pride in her work, finding fulfillment in being an integral part of her patients’ healing journey and helping them achieve their rehabilitation goals.

Occupational TherapistSara earned a Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences with a minor in Biology, as well as a Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from Quinnipiac University. Sara has enjoyed working with individuals across their lifespan and found her passion working with adults and pediatrics in the outpatient setting. She has experience treating orthopedic, neurological, and pediatric conditions. She utilizes a combination of evidence-based practice and collaboration with her patients to ensure optimal results that are meaningful to them. Her favorite part about being an occupational therapist is the opportunity to help others achieve greater daily function and quality of life.

Rucha Gadgil PT, MSPT
Physical TherapistRucha is a dedicated physical therapist with specialized expertise in neurorehabilitation, pediatrics, and orthopedic therapy. She earned her degree in Physical Therapy from Maharashtra University of Health Sciences, India. She has a Master’s in Neurological Physical Therapy and another Master’s in Exercise Physiology and Kinesiology from University of Florida.
Over the years, she has worked with diverse patient populations, helping individuals recover from neurological conditions such as stroke, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson’s, facial/bell’s palsy, etc. She also has extensive experience treating pediatric conditions including cerebral palsy, neuromuscular disorders, and torticollis as well as orthopedic injuries and impairments. Her empathetic approach and tailored rehabilitation strategies have consistently led to improved patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Beyond clinical practice, Rucha has made significant contributions to the field through published research on neurodevelopmental disorders and motor impairments. She is deeply committed to integrating research into practice and continually seeks innovative ways to improve the quality of care for her patients.
