Matthew DaCosta PT, DPT

Matthew DaCosta PT, DPT
DirectorMatthew DaCosta, PT, DPT is a graduate of Quinnipiac University, where he earned a Bachelor’s of Science and a Doctorate of Physical Therapy. He has clinical experience in orthopedics, pediatrics, and neurological rehabilitation. As a physical therapist, Matthew enjoys being able to help people align their physical and mental goals and assisting in their journey to better health. He finds the process of empowering patients to achieve their goals very rewarding, whether they involve injury recovery, preventing future injury, or improving overall physical condition.
Matthew has attended many continuing education courses including Mulligan concept, Concussion management, Cervical and Thoracic mobilization courses, and Graston Technique.
Matthew is an all-season athlete who enjoys both playing and watching baseball, football, golf and snowboarding. He’s also a car enthusiast and loves working on cars and attending car shows.

Michael Dombrowski PT, DPT, TPI
DirectorDr. Michael Dombrowski, PT, DPT, TPI completed his undergraduate education at SUNY Cortland, where he double majored in Kinesiology: Exercise Science and Psychology. He then went on to earn a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Touro College, where he also completed the Orthopedic Physical Therapy Residency (OPTR) Program.
He has extensive clinical experience in:

Michael believes that the field of medicine is really a lifelong quest of knowledge & discovery that never ends. He has attended numerous continuing education courses including Titleist Performance Institute, FMS and SFMA, Osteopathic Manipulative Treatment, Muscle Energy Techniques, Blood Flow Restriction, and ART.
Michael enjoys helping patients solve problems in ways they never thought were possible, as well as teaching both patients and physical therapy students. He has benefited from strong mentorship during the course of his career, and gets great satisfaction in passing that knowledge on to students just beginning their journey. He currently serves as an Adjunct Professor at Touro College.
When he’s not working, Dr. Dombrowski enjoys scuba diving, ice hockey, golf, lacrosse, skiing, snowboarding, and traveling. He has been blessed with many opportunities to travel the world, and has been to every continent!

What Curtis enjoys most about being a physical therapist is the chance to make a real difference in his patients’ lives. He takes great satisfaction in witnessing their progress throughout the recovery journey and helping them reclaim opportunities they once thought were out of reach.
In his free time, Curtis enjoys trying new restaurants, watching sports, and being physically active.
