Matthew DaCosta PT, DPT
DirectorMatthew DaCosta, PT, DPT is a graduate of Quinnipiac University, where he earned a Bachelor’s of Science and a Doctorate of Physical Therapy. He has clinical experience in orthopedics, pediatrics, and neurological rehabilitation. As a physical therapist, Matthew enjoys being able to help people align their physical and mental goals and assisting in their journey to better health. He finds the process of empowering patients to achieve their goals very rewarding, whether they involve injury recovery, preventing future injury, or improving overall physical condition. Matthew has attended many continuing education courses including Mulligan concept, Concussion management, Cervical and Thoracic mobilization courses, and Graston Technique. He is completing an orthopedic residency to better serve his patients. Matthew is an all-season athlete who enjoys both playing and watching baseball, football, golf, and snowboarding. He’s also a car enthusiast and loves working on cars and attending car shows.

Physical TherapistChloe Ramos, PT, DPT holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Multidisciplinary Studies with concentrations in Biology, Psychology, and Sociology, as well as a Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from Stony Brook University. In her role as a physical therapist, Chloe enjoys empowering patients to heal and maximize their physical abilities. Chloe’s strong emphasis on collaboration and patient education fosters a supportive environment for her patients to actively participate in their rehabilitation journey.

Physical TherapistAlexandra Straley, PT, DPT earned her degree at New York Medical College in 2021. Alex knew she wanted to be in the medical field growing up but grew a big interest in physical therapy after completing an internship in high school. After graduating PT school, Alex had a big interest working with the geriatric population but then also really enjoyed women’s health after seeing the demand for pelvic floor therapists in the area. When she is not taking of her cats Shadows and Pebbles, Alex enjoys crafting such as crocheting and painting.

Office CoordinatorBelledonna Rosario is a graduate of Suffolk County Community College with her Associates degree in Dietetics. She hopes to return to college to get her Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration. As a regional Office Coordinator, Belledonna supervises the front desk side of ACCESS PT for the clinics in Long Island. She helps her Patient Coordinators to make sure every patient experience at ACCESS PT is incredible from the first appointment to the last.
Belledonna is passionate about the mission ACCESS PT stands for of helping individuals reach their goals so they can be 100% confident in their physical capabilities.
Belledonna is a crafty individual outside of work who enjoys embroidery, knitting, painting, and scrapbooking. She also loves to get lost in a good book. She has one daughter, who is the center of her life outside of ACCESS PT.

Patient CoordinatorStephanie recently graduated with honors and made the Dean’s List at Suffolk County Community College, earning her Associate’s degree in Business Administration. She is currently furthering her education by pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Management from SUNY Brockport.
Stephanie believes the patient experience begins the moment someone walks through the door, and she takes great pride in being the first friendly face they see. Creating a warm, welcoming environment is crucial, and Stepanie loves being part of a team that helps people feel seen, supported, and cared for from the very start.
Stephanie is especially passionate about physical therapy because it plays such a vital role in helping people regain their strength, mobility, and confidence. Seeing patients progress and return to doing what they love is incredibly fulfilling.
When she’s not behind the desk, you’ll likely find Stephanie enjoying long walks with her husband and their dog or spending time in the kitchen baking sweet treats—it’s her favorite way to unwind and share joy with others.
