Claudia Panetta PT, DPT
Physical Therapist
Claudia Panetta PT, DPT
Physical TherapistDr. Claudia Panetta graduated with her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Midwestern University in May 2019. She received her Bachelor of Science degree cum laude in Exercise Science and Sport from the University of Scranton.
Claudia has been a member of the American Physical Therapy Association since 2016 and found her passion in outpatient neuromuscular and orthopedic conditions. She takes an individualized, holistic approach to treating her patients by utilizing evidence-based practice and communicating closely with her patients to learn what is important to them, monitor their progress and provide the most effective care possible.
Claudia is in awe of how perfectly our bodies were designed and loves using her knowledge of the musculoskeletal, neuromuscular, and vestibular systems to serve others and help them reach their goals. Her favorite part of being a therapist is hearing patients talk about all the things they are back to doing that they couldn’t do before therapy – from going down the stairs, to getting through a workday without pain, or going back to hiking and workouts – and how much joy it brings them.
When she is not working, she enjoys hiking, camping, bike riding, working out and spending time with her dog. She is excited to be a member of the Access Physical Therapy & Wellness team and looks forward to growing with the company.

Physical Therapist AssistantJean Rene Francois – Physical Therapist Assistant
I am a graduate of SUNY Orange’s Physical Therapist Assistant program, where I built a strong foundation in anatomy, kinesiology, and patient centered care. My education gave me valuable hands-on experience in outpatient, inpatient, and skilled nursing settings. I’ve had the opportunity to work with patients of all ages and backgrounds, and I am dedicated to helping people restore strength, improve mobility, and get back to doing the things they love.
I became a Physical Therapist Assistant because I’ve always had a natural feel and passion for how well the human body moves, how it heals, and how every part works together. As a former athlete and a dad, I understand the value of staying active and maintaining your physical health. I love playing with my kids, teaching them new things, and watching them grow, and I bring that same patience and encouragement to my patients. For me, physical therapy isn’t just about exercises, it’s about building confidence, independence, and a better quality of life for the people I work with.
