Erik Plaia PT, DPT

Erik Plaia PT, DPT
DirectorDr. Erik Plaia has been a Rockland County native his entire life. He graduated from Quinnipiac University in Hamden, CT with his Bachelor of Science in 2017 and his Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) in 2020.
Erik has a passion for improving patients’ quality of life in ways that are meaningful to them. He enjoys getting to know his patients and creating individualized therapy programs to suit their specific needs. He has experience with and a passion for treating a variety of diagnoses including both surgical and non-surgical orthopedic issues and balance/neurological issues. He has treated patients of all ages including young children to geriatrics and everything in between.
Outside of work, Erik is an avid drummer and live music fan. Erik also played ice hockey throughout his youth and continues to play currently.

Physical TherapistLakshmi Ramya Kotha is a dedicated and accomplished physical therapist with expertise in neurological rehabilitation. She earned her Bachelor of Physical Therapy from NIMS and pursued her Master of Physical Therapy in Neurology at Dr. NTR University.
Lakshmi is passionate about empowering patients to regain mobility, independence, and confidence in their daily lives. Her approach is patient-centered, focusing on creating personalized therapy plans that address the unique needs and goals of each individual. With her strong academic background and clinical experience, she is committed to delivering the highest standard of care.
Outside of her professional life, Lakshmi enjoys traveling and cherishes spending time playing with her two lovely daughters.

Jack Iannucci PT, DPT
Physical TherapistDr. Jack Iannucci graduated from the University of Scranton with a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology in 2021 and a Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2024.
He has experience in treating a diverse patient population in a wide array of orthopedic, post-surgical, and neurological conditions. He has a passion for developing both a professional and personal relationship with all of his patients in order to craft an individualized plan for each patient to feel and move better in their daily lives.
Outside of the clinic, Jack loves to spend quality time with family and friends and is a big sports fan, with his favorite teams being the New York Yankees and the New York Jets.
