Demerise Marshall PT, DPT
DirectorDemerise Marshall, PT, DPT completed her undergraduate coursework at Siena College, then earned a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Russel Sage College. She has expertise in treating general outpatient orthopedic patients with a variety of diagnoses. As a physical therapist, she enjoys integrating the skills she’s learned to help people feel better and achieve their goals through patient-centered care. In her free time, she loves being outdoors, hiking, going to concerts, and spending time with family and friends.

Physical TherapistNikki is a graduate of Springfield College and Sage Graduate School, where she earned her Master’s in Physical Therapy and her Doctor of Physical Therapy.
Nikki owned & operated Physical Therapy of Valatie since October 1999, which joined forces with ACCESS PT in 2021. She also has been an adjunct professor at Sage in the musculoskeletal track since 2007.
Nikki treats a wide range of conditions including orthopedic injuries, post-surgical patients, balance impairments and chronic pain. She enjoys working individually with each of her patients to help them achieve their goals.
Nikki lives in Chatham with her husband, son & 2 dogs. She enjoys golf, reading, and spending time with her family and friends.

Gretchen Milanese MSPT, DPT
Physical TherapistGretchen Milanese earned a tDPT from Evidence in Motion, and a Master’s of Physical Therapy from Springfield College. She has clinical expertise in general orthopedics, as well as concussion and vestibular rehabilitation. One of her favorite aspects of being a physical therapist is giving people the tools they need to reach their goals. She loves helping patients see the light at the end of a difficult situation, and being able to put a smile on their faces.
In her spare time, Gretchen enjoys spending time with her family, reading, knitting, and doing anything outdoors – hiking, camping, kayaking, etc.
