ACCESS PT, founded in 2003 in Montgomery, NY by the Albanese brothers and their wives, has experienced significant growth over the past two decades. Starting out as a small physical therapy practice in New York’s Hudson Valley, the company has now expanded to over 50 locations in four states.
One of the key factors in ACCESS PT’s growth has been our focus on building strong relationships with our patients. As a 100% physical therapist-owned company, we prioritize helping our patients achieve optimal outcomes through personalized treatment plans and ongoing support.
In 2022, ACCESS PT experienced growth in both New York and Connecticut. The year began with the opening of a new location in Windsor Locks, CT, our third location in the greater Hartford area. Later in the year, we took advantage of the opportunity to expand our reach even further by moving into the Albany market and expanding our presence on Long Island through strategic acquisitions.
At ACCESS PT, we are dedicated to providing high-quality physical therapy services to as many communities as possible. As we enter 2023, we are excited to continue growing and serving even more patients.
