Helena Hobson, PT, DPT is Director of Access Physical Therapy and Wellness in Rhinebeck, NY. Helena earned her BS in Physical Therapy from Russell Sage College and her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Utica College. She has over 24 years experience in hospital and private practice care in the areas of Orthopedics, Sports Injuries, and Neurological Injuries. Helena has taken numerous continuing education courses in the areas of Osteopathic Techniques, Manual Therapy, Strain-Counterstrain, Myofascial Release, and Muscle Energy Techniques. Helena enjoys the outdoors, skiing, and family time with her three daughters.
