Valatie, NY (April 19, 2021) – Access Physical Therapy & Wellness (ACCESS PT) is pleased to announce that Nicole Fredericks, owner of Physical Therapy of Valatie, is merging her practice with ACCESS PT and joining our team as the director of the Valatie location.
The Valatie location is open Monday through Friday and accepts most insurances. ACCESS PT also offers direct access to care, where patients can seek treatment without a physician referral or prescription. The new location provides physical therapy, manual therapy, sports medicine, post-surgical care, and other physical therapy and wellness related services. Nicole Fredericks, MSPT, DPT is the director of ACCESS PT’s Valatie physical therapy location. Nikki treats a wide range of conditions including orthopedic injuries, post-surgical patients, balance impairments and chronic pain. She enjoys working individually with each of her patients to help them achieve their goals.
