Company leadership, staff and honored guests recently celebrated the grand opening of ACCESS PT’s second Danbury, CT location. This state-of-the-art, newly renovated facility is located at 40 Old Ridgebury Rd., Suite 102, and began seeing patients on May 31, 2022.
The September 15th open house began at 4:30 p.m. and featured light refreshments, a raffle, plus opportunities to meet the ACCESS PT Danbury Old Ridgebury team. At 5 p.m., company leaders made the clinic’s debut official by cutting a ceremonial ribbon with special guest Danbury Mayor Dean Esposito.

“I am very excited about the opportunity to provide physical therapy care at the ACCESS PT Danbury Old Ridgebury clinic,” Director Michael Clune said. “It’s also a tremendous personal honor for me to be part of the ACCESS PT family—a company that does things right, a company that delivers satisfaction to patients and clinic employees alike.”
A longtime member of the Danbury community, Clune coaches a local soccer team, plays golf, and enjoys hiking.

We were also excited to welcome Connecticut State Senator Julie Kushner. Kushner, an avid supporter of physical therapy says, “Danbury welcomes a new, innovative physical therapy program into our community. Countless studies suggest that with consistency and time, physical therapy provides sound resolutions avoiding difficult surgeries, all while not breaking the bank. That has certainly been my personal experience—PT has been a lifesaver for me. With the opening of this new office, citizens of Danbury and surrounding towns can benefit from clinically proven physical therapy treatments without having to travel far for care.”
We want to extend a huge thank you to the Danbury Chamber of Commerce, Mayor Dean Esposito, Connecticut State Senator Julie Kushner, and many more who made this event unforgettable!
