Randy Pacatte MSPT, ATC
DirectorAfter graduating from Springfield College, Randy Pacatte, MSPT, ATC gained experience working in outpatient physical therapy. He then became the Director of Rehabilitation at City Hospital in Martinsburg, West Virginia, where he had the opportunity to work with a wide variety of therapies, including physical, occupational, speech, and cardiac therapies as well as sports medicine.
In 2007, Randy recognized that his hometown of Cobleskill, NY had unmet rehabilitation needs, so he opened ProActive Physical Therapy and Wellness. This practice is dedicated to serving patients of all ages and abilities from Cobleskill and the surrounding Schoharie County communities.

Physical TherapistAshley is a Physical Therapist at Access Physical Therapy and Wellness. She attended SUNY Plattsburgh for her undergraduate degree in biology and Utica University, formerly known as Utica College, for her doctorate in physical therapy. She worked for the Center for disability services in Albany for 3 years in an adult dayhab facility, working with individuals with developmental disabilities, and now has transitioned to outpatient therapy with Pro Active, now Access Physical Therapy. Personal interest include reading, dirt track racing, and spending time with her husband and son.
