Physical TherapistChristine Furtado PT, DPT earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Human Biology from SUNY Oneonta, and a Master’s of Physical Therapy from SUNY Upstate Medical University. She has experience in treating a range of general orthopedic and neurological conditions, and holds a certification in LSVT BIG, a specialized treatment protocol for patients with Parkinson’s Disease. One of her favorite parts of being a physical therapist is hearing her patients talk about their improvement, particularly the things they can do now that they couldn’t at the start of therapy.

She has experience treating a wide variety of orthopedic conditions, including post-surgical total hip and total knee replacements. Her favorite part of being a physical therapist is having the opportunity to improve patients’ quality of life through a combination of “hands on” treatment and education about their condition, ways to avoid further aggravation of the condition and most of all to prevent future injury.When she’s not at work Georgiana can be found at the beach, skiing, or being a true, dedicated soccer mom attending her sons’ soccer games.

Speech Language PathologistHolly Castle MS, CCC-SLP completed her undergraduate coursework at the University of New Hampshire, where she received a Bachelor of Arts degree. The then went to earn a Master of Science in Communication Disorders from Mercy College. She has extensive experience treating patients with dysphagia and voice pathology.
As a speech therapist, Holly strives to improve people’s lives with specialized techniques to treat swallowing and voice impairments. She particularly enjoys seeing an extreme recovery from diagnosis to health – that is her hope for every patient.
In her free time, Holly likes to ski, sing, hike, and spend time with family and friends.

She specializes in vestibular and concussion therapy and orthopedic conditions, and has practiced in outpatient, subacute, and homecare settings focusing on orthopedic rehab and wound care. As a physical therapist, she most enjoys helping people overcome physical deficits to achieve their goals and improve their life.
