Tom is a Dalton native who graduated from Ithica College in 1979. He attained his Master’s Degree from Russell Sage College and Doctorate from the Sage Colleges.
Tom has been working as an outpatient physical therapist for over 40 years. The goal of physical therapy is to decrease pain, improve strength, flexibility and balance so as to improve overall function. The improved function also assists in getting back to work, sports and life.

DirectorTiffany earned her Master’s in Physical Therapy from American International College, in Springfield. With over 25 years of experience Tiffany has continued her pursuit of lifelong learning, expanding her skills in the field of integrative manual medicine and blending it into her orthopedic practice.
Tiffany specializes in integrating functional strength training with a hands-on approach to rehabilitation. As certified strength and conditioning coach, corrective exercise specialist and registered yoga instructor her approach provides a unique blend and complements the therapeutic process to facilitate biomechanical alignment and joint mobility, build confidence and normalize everyday activities with less pain, providing a well-rounded approach to the individual treatment.

Physical Therapist AssistantRosalyn was born and raised in North Adams, MA. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts, then continued her education at Berkshire Community College, graduating with an Associate of Science in Physical Therapist Assistant Studies.
As a strength athlete and former jiu-jitsu competitor, Rosalyn brings a deep passion for strength training, orthopedics, and sports medicine to her work. With a strong emphasis on functional movement and resistance training, she aims to help patients build resilience and return to the activities they love.
Outside the clinic, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, photography and filmmaking, and creating music.
