Area DirectorDonna went to Quinnipiac University where she earned her Bachelor’s in Health Science and Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Donna has worked in various settings including acute care, rehabilitation and outpatient settings. She specializes in geriatrics with various diagnoses, pediatrics, athletes, and orthopedic injuries.
Donna holds several advanced certifications including LSVT BIG, Vestibular/Concussion Certification through the American Institute of Balance, and Rock Doc Fascial Movement Taping level 1. LSVT Big helps increase amplitude and normalize patient movement patterns in individuals who are diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease.
Donna loves her job as a physical therapist because she has the opportunity to help people reach their goals. She particularly enjoys watching her patients progress through their therapy.
When she’s not working, Donna loves spending time in the outdoors especially fishing, going for walks, and playing with her children.

																			David Mohr PT, MSPT
DirectorDavid is the clinical director of the New Paltz office and has been a physical therapist in the Hudson Valley for over 20 years. He graduated from Mercy College with a Master of Science in Physical Therapy and holds a Master of Public Administration from Marist College.
As a Physical Therapist, David is enthusiastic about helping others move better, feel better, and live better. When he is not at work, David loves traveling, good food and exploring the Hudson Valley and beyond with his wife. David enjoys hiking, gardening, reading, nature photography, and relaxing on his hammock.

Physical TherapistAndrew has worked as a Doctor of Physical Therapy throughout New Jersey, New York City, and the mid-Hudson Valley regions since 2012. He has experience with various populations and settings, including pediatrics, sports conditioning, geriatrics, and orthopedics. Andrew also worked with elite-level athletes and military Special Operators, having served in the U.S. Marine Corps for 13 years as a Force Reconnaissance Marine and Scout Sniper.

																			Hallie Klosterman PT, DPT
Physical TherapistHallie Klosterman PT, DPT earned her Bachelors of Science and Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from Russell Sage College. Hallie has experience treating the pediatric, neuromuscular, cardiopulmonary, and outpatient orthopedic populations. She is Rock Tape Functional Movement Training certified, helping to treat chronic pain, edema, and postural dysfunctions. As a physical therapist, she enjoys integrating multiple skills she’s learned to assist people in their recovery, fitness, or athletic journey.
Hallie played soccer at the collegiate level for 4 years and currently finds time to play in local leagues. She enjoys playing soccer and staying active in the gym. In her free time, she can be found listening to music while hiking with her family, friends, and puppy Milo. Hallie hopes to continue her education into multiple spinal disorders to better serve the population.

Physical Therapy AssistantDenise Mincarelli Gardner is a certified Physical Therapist Assistant, practicing in the Hudson Valley since 1994 when she graduated from Broome Community College in Binghamton, NY with an Associate in Applied Science (AAS) degree.
Denise is a life-long learner who is passionate about continuing education and continually seeks out opportunities to advance her skills, exchange tips and techniques with colleagues at every opportunity. She enjoys using her diverse skill sets and feels truly blessed to help people on their journey to wellness. Her experience, breadth of knowledge and interpersonal communication skills enable her to address patient needs in a compassionate, thorough and focused manner.

Occupational Therapist 
																			Jacquelyn Nash OTD, OTR/L
Occupational TherapistJacquelyn Nash, OTD, OTR/L earned her Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from Russell Sage College. She is experienced in treating a wide range of patient populations, including shoulder and upper extremity injuries, patients who have experienced a stroke, and patients with cognitive deficits.
As an occupational therapist, Jacquelyn loves empowering patients and creating a safe and encouraging space for patients to explore their potential on their road to recovery. The aspect of that journey she enjoys most is educating patients about their bodies and the interplay between their injury and the human anatomy in digestible language. With that type of education, patients can leave not only feeling physically better but also more knowledgeable about their body.
In her free time, Jacquelyn enjoys exploring the Hudson Valley with her husband and two daughters, traveling the country to see live music, and finding new spots for great food!

Office CoordinatorStephanie Montanya has fulfilled many roles within ACCESS PT, allowing her to grow into the successful leader she is today. She strives to lead by example for her team, ensuring that our patients have an amazing customer service experience.
Stephanie has invested in her professional growth by attending many different leadership and customer services seminars, as well as Toastmasters. She believes in the mission of getting our patients Moving Better, Feeling Better, and Living Better. First impressions are valuable to Stephanie as it only takes 2.5 seconds to create. She is an Alumni of the Leadership Ulster Program and ACCESS PT Leadership Development Program.
Stephanie enjoys spending time with her family, dancing, fitness, and reading.
