Tom is a Dalton native who graduated from Ithica College in 1979. He attained his Master’s Degree from Russell Sage College and Doctorate from the Sage Colleges.
Tom has been working as an outpatient physical therapist for over 40 years. The goal of physical therapy is to decrease pain, improve strength, flexibility and balance so as to improve overall function. The improved function also assists in getting back to work, sports and life.

Physical TherapistJacky was born and raised in Dalton. She attended Westfield State University and received a degree in Sports Medicine. she was on the track and field team and was a DIII Massachusetts champion in the triple jump. She then went on to receive her doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from Northeastern University. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her friends and family and also enjoys spending time outdoors in the beautiful Berkshires!

Physical Therapy AssistantRyan is a Pittsfield local, playing soccer at Pittsfield High and later Worcester State University. He graduated from Berkshire Community College in 2015 with an Associates of Science degree in Physical Therapist Assistant. Ryan is a big fan of the Boston Bruins and Cleveland Browns. He has two dogs at home Winston and Jaeger.

Physical Therapy AssistantIs a graduate of Berkshire Community College. Joe graduated with an Associate in Science in Physical Therapist Assistant in June of 2022. Joe previously worked full time in an Outpatient Clinic in New York and joined our team in October of 2024. Joe enjoys working in the outpatient setting. In his free time, he enjoys exercising, paddle boarding, making music, watching his favorite sports teams (Giants and Celtics) and spending time with his friends and family.

Regional Office CoordinatorHeather was born and raised in the Berkshires. Heather raised two beautiful children, Mason and Jordan while juggling the Physical Therapy Assistant program and working. Heather has worked in the physical therapy field for 25 years treating patients and now focusing on the office side of physical therapy practice. Heather is embracing all the new learning opportunities that her new role as office coordinator will bring to her. Looking forward to helping our Massachusetts offices be strong and successful!
