Leonard Framson PT
DirectorLeonard Framson PT, MFS, CES, CSST, CSCI, YFS, YFT,CFNC, has been a Physical Therapist and Fitness Specialist for 40 years, graduating from Sargent College of Allied Health Professions, Boston University in 1983. His extensive background includes an internship at Walter Reed Army Medical Center, and with his sports physical therapy training expertise was selected to work as a physical therapist and sports trainer at the 1984 Summer Olympics and the 1993 and 1997 Maccabiah World Games. He also served as the director of hospital physical therapy departments as well as outpatient physical practices. Lenny has also provided rehabilitation and training for a variety of athletes at the professional and semi-professional levels including jockeys, gymnasts, figure skaters, dancers, swimmers, martial artists, and tri-athletes, etc. He has extensive experience teaching seminars at all levels and enjoys working with future therapists. He has published several articles related to fitness and physical therapy.
His extensive experience has allowed him to become well versed and very successful in both physical therapy and fitness. It has always been his belief that if one thing does not work, something else always will. As Jimmy Valvano said: “Never give up. Don’t ever give up.” He takes pride in his work by striving to use an innovative, manual and functionally oriented approach to providing care.
Lenny has been married for 35 years, and has 2 daughters, 1 son-in-law , a grand-daughter, a grandson, and three grand-dogs. Family is a major part of his upbringing and his life and when not at work, his focus is on his family.

Physical TherapistAdi Zion, PT graduated from the Hogeschool van Amsterdam with a Bachelor of Science in PT. He also has a Bachelor of Science in Economics from SUNY Albany. He is enthusiastic about helping patients regain mobility and strength, while empowering them with an understanding of the root cause of their pain. He enjoys spinning classes, taking long walks, spending time at the beach, listening to all kinds of music and watching movies.
