Area DirectorDonna went to Quinnipiac University where she earned her Bachelor’s in Health Science and Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Donna has worked in various settings including acute care, rehabilitation and outpatient settings. She specializes in geriatrics with various diagnoses, pediatrics, athletes, and orthopedic injuries.
Donna holds several advanced certifications including LSVT BIG, Vestibular/Concussion Certification through the American Institute of Balance, and Rock Doc Fascial Movement Taping level 1. LSVT Big helps increase amplitude and normalize patient movement patterns in individuals who are diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease.
Donna loves her job as a physical therapist because she has the opportunity to help people reach their goals. She particularly enjoys watching her patients progress through their therapy.
When she’s not working, Donna loves spending time in the outdoors especially fishing, going for walks, and playing with her children.

																			Trisha Groff PT, DPT
Clinic DirectorTrisha graduated from Sage Graduate Schools in 2017 with a Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy. She has treated patients in outpatient orthopedics for just under 10 years and became the Clinic Director of ACCESS PT’s Woodstock clinic in January of 2022. Trisha continues to treat a full caseload of patients as well as managing staff and overseeing policies and procedures. She also has experience in acute and subacute care. Trisha has taken multiple continuing education courses including Maitland mobilizations, Postural Restoration Institute’s three primary courses, Institute of Physical Art’s lumbopelvic treatment and functional mobilization courses, Evidence in Motion’s core courses, as well as the foundations course for fascial counterstrain through the Jones Institute. Trisha grew up performing ballet, tap, and modern dance and has an utmost appreciation for movement, posture, breathing, and overall positive well-being.

Physical TherapistI graduated from New York Medical College in 2000 with a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy. Over the past 24 years, I have worked extensively in outpatient orthopedics. I am certified in the McKenzie Method of Diagnosis and Treatment for both the spine and extremities.
I have completed four continuing education courses in pelvic floor therapy and will be pursuing certification in April 2026. My continuing education also includes training in Myofascial Release with John Barnes, Jones Strain Counterstrain (Levels 1 and 2), and Fascial Counterstrain Foundations. Additionally, I have taken multiple Maitland Mobilization courses and three Upledger Craniosacral Therapy classes.
My professional experience includes 10 years at Kingston Hospital in outpatient care, 6 years at OADC, and another 6 years at Ivy Rehab in Kingston. I am currently enjoying my work at ACCESS PT in Woodstock, NY.
I am also certified in both yoga and Pilates. Outside of the clinic, I am training for my third triathlon, which I will complete in September 2025. I have a strong passion for working with athletes and am proud to be part of the exciting and ever-evolving field of physical therapy.

Physical Therapist AssistantDale went to school in San Antonio to become a Physical Therapist Assistant. After living in Texas for 12 years, she recently moved to the area to be closer to family. Dale has experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings as well as in a pediatric clinic.
Outside of work Dale enjoys working out, being outdoors, and cooking.
