Regional DirectorJames is the Regional Director for ACCESS PT, providing leadership in team development, clinical education, and strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and clinical outcomes. He focuses on educating the team in patient-centered care while leveraging data-driven strategies to optimize performance across all levels of care. Outside of work, James enjoys golfing, woodworking, gardening, and spending time with his family, including playing baseball, lacrosse, and golfing with his kids.

Physical TherapistJoy Casimiro, PT, DPT completed her undergraduate studies at Cebu Doctors’ College, where she received a Bachelor’s of Science in Physical Therapy. She then earned a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Utica College. She has extensive experience treating a variety of orthopedic and work-related injuries as well as with post-surgical care, particularly joint replacement surgeries. She loves being a physical therapist because her job gives her the opportunity to help patients improve their quality of life and get back to working and doing the things they love.

Physical TherapistKatherine Batista PT, DPT completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology at Hunter College. She then continued her education at Russell Sage College, where she earned a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. She has extensive experience in treating orthopedic conditions of the shoulder, hip, knee, and ankle as well as pathologies of the cervical and lumbar spine. Katherine is passionate about helping patients achieve their goals and loves that her job gives her the opportunity to make a lasting impact on people’s lives by improving their quality of life.
